Tracy joined Soho House in March 2018 as Chief Marketing Officer. Before Soho House, Tracy was Vice President, Global Digital Sales of Hearst Magazines International (HMI) overseeing all digital advertising revenues for Hearst Magazines.
Tracy joined from Instagram where she was Head of Brand Development across Europe and Middle East region. She was responsible for the development and growth of Instagram ads in EMEA, focusing on strategic partnerships that connect Instagram’s creative community of over 300 million people worldwide to some of the region’s most recognised brands.
In 2015, Tracy spearheaded the rollout of Instagram ads and marketing across a number of European countries, including France, Germany, Italy and Spain.
Tracy joined Instagram from Facebook. As Group Director for Retail, she oversaw how the social media platform worked with retailers, building important relationships with fashion and luxury brands and helping them better connect with people on Facebook. She has also worked in commercial and business development at AOL Time Warner and advertising group Clear Channel. Tracy currently sits on the board for the British Fashion Council, advising British fashion businesses on how to make the most of digital technology, innovation, and opportunities to grow online.
