Efrat Makin-Knafo is the Chief Resilient Officer (CRO) of Tel-Aviv-Yafo Municipality, under the 100 Resilient Cities program, pioneered by the Rockefeller Foundation.
Prior to her work as CRO, Makin-Knafo served for five years as Chief of Staff under the GM of the Ministry of social Affairs and Social Services. Previously to her public service, Makin-Knafo held key roles at BCRE group. She has also served for more than a decade as a leading prosecutor at the Central District of the Ministry of Justice.
Makin-Knafo is a fellow of the MAOZ program, which is aimed to develop socio-economic resilience leadership in Israel by a network of leaders across sectors and populations.
